Perry Frazer had his interest piqued in the Bay after discovering the problems that face the Bay today. After hearing about the problems, his passion followed. Ever since becoming a Chesapeake Bay Fellow, he has become very involved in recreational activities on and around the water such as hunting and fishing. He has developed a serious interest and has dedicated himself to resolving and educating others on issues concerning the health of the bay.
