The Global Health Fellows will be hosting an event at Norfolk Academy coming up on Sunday, May 11 to raise awareness about maternal health issues worldwide, to raise funds for Midwives for Haiti (an organization with whom we work while in Haiti), and to celebrate our mothers. We would love for you to join us for the event!

Brunch catered by Baker’s Crust in the Refectory: 1-2 pm ($15/ticket)
* Pre-registration is required for brunch *
Speakers and Documentary in Johnson Theater: 2-4 pm (free and open to all)
* Brief Presentation by the Global Health Fellows
* Presentation by Nadene Brunk, Founder and Executive Director of Midwives for Haiti
* Documentary Screening of Every Mother Counts‘ “No Woman No Cry”
