This morning Coach Borum opened a discussion on how to define leadership. He presented a process that will take the next four months but will culminate in each student developing a personal leadership statement and vision.
He started this process with a discussion on the many facets and potential definitions of leadership. He highlighted this point by showing three different videos on leadership and followed each wit a series of discussion questions. The following videos highlighted the differences in interpreting and defining leadership:
