In our discussion on Tuesday we mainly focused on the topic of manager vs. leader. Many people said that the title of manager often has a negative connotation and he or she focuses on the process instead of his or her workers. A leader was summarized as an inspirational volunteer that many look up too and probably is in a higher position than a manager. Many people, like myself, concluded that a manager and a leader can be related for example a manager can be a smaller leader. Then we contrasted the traits of each viewpoint and we were to think of which ones we thought we related too the most.
